From August 25 to 27, 2026, the 2026 GIS Global Innovation Exhibition & Global Innovation Summit, World Digital Cities Conference (DC World), and the Hong Kong Session of the 10th World Drone Congress are being held at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong, China.
As an international platform bringing together global industry leaders and showcasing how frontier technologies are being transformed into practical solutions for smarter cities, the event presents the latest innovations and real-world applications across the global technology landscape.
As a global leader in Soft Embodied AI and a pioneer in Aerial Precision Operations, Wisson Robotics is showcasing its latest innovation, the Orion C1 Self-Operated Surface-Safe Facade Cleaning Robot, officially launching the product for international markets.

The Orion C1 is a high-altitude, non-damaging precision cleaning system powered by Pliabot® Soft Embodied AI and built around a multi-dimensional flexible architecture.
Featuring a lightweight 35 kg operating configuration, the system uses a rooftop workstation for downward deployment and a flexible tether-driven aerial platform for operation. It is designed to cover façade heights of up to 300 meters, while continuously adapting to and closely conforming to vertical surfaces.
Through pendulum-style cleaning and vertical autonomous navigation, Orion C1 enables highly automated, unattended operation, bringing a new level of simplicity, safety, and controllability to high-rise façade maintenance.
Officially introduced to the global market, Orion C1 builds on Wisson Robotics' accumulated expertise in aerial precision operations and deep understanding of real-world application scenarios. The system introduces new approaches across three dimensions: operational ecosystem, cleaning technology, and maintenance model.
Wisson Robotics continues to expand its global ecosystem for aerial precision operations.
The flexible tether-driven platform deployed by Orion C1 works in synergy with Wisson's existing drone-based aerial precision operation platform, creating a dual-engine operating architecture.
The two platforms can be flexibly combined according to different building structures and operational requirements—providing efficient solutions for both large, flat façades and complex, irregular structures.
Together, they form a more comprehensive and adaptable aerial solution for high-rise building maintenance.
Orion C1 introduces an innovative approach to high-altitude cleaning by integrating ultrasonic precision cleaning technology into aerial façade operations.
Powered by Wisson's proprietary Soft “Water-Cloth” Technology technology, the system closely conforms to façade surfaces while using high-frequency micro-vibrations to detach stubborn contaminants.
The approach combines effective cleaning performance with a gentler interaction between the cleaning system and the building façade, while supporting pure-water, environmentally responsible cleaning operations.
Traditional façade maintenance often relies heavily on specialized external service providers and high-risk rope-access operations.
Orion C1 provides building owners and property management companies with a new alternative: bringing high-altitude cleaning capabilities in-house, under their own control.
By transforming high-risk outsourced services into a controllable digital asset, Orion C1 enables building owners and property operators to establish a more standardized and sustainable approach to façade maintenance—shifting from periodic outsourced cleaning toward continuous, autonomous asset preservation.

At the core of Orion C1 is Pliabot® Soft Embodied AI, Wisson Robotics' proprietary technology platform built on general-purpose soft robotics.
Wisson has developed a Soft Embodied AI that combines a Soft Bionic Body with a Soft Bionic Brain, enabling robots to adapt dynamically to complex environments while maintaining safe and effective physical interaction.
Unlike conventional rigid robotic systems that are primarily designed around structured environments, this architecture is inherently suited to real-world scenarios where surfaces, forces, obstacles, and environmental conditions can change continuously.
By combining adaptive physical intelligence, flexible actuation, and intelligent control, Wisson Robotics enables robots to achieve higher operational success rates and greater economic viability—helping transform embodied intelligence from a technological concept into practical productivity.
With its mature capabilities in technology commercialization and product delivery, Wisson Robotics has been among the early companies to achieve multi-scenario commercial deployment of Soft Embodied AI.
Its products have been deployed across more than 100 countries and regions worldwide, supporting applications across dozens of key industries, including high-altitude cleaning, automated charging, and infrastructure maintenance.
With the global launch of Orion C1, Wisson Robotics further strengthens its portfolio in Aerial Precision Operations.
Working alongside its existing drone-based operation platform, Orion C1 provides a complementary platform and solution for different building structures and operational requirements, enabling more flexible combinations for future applications including façade cleaning, coating, inspection, and other high-altitude precision operations.
Building on the continued evolution of Pliabot® Soft Embodied AI, Wisson Robotics will continue to focus on real-world applications and technology commercialization, accelerating global deployment and enabling more industries to transition toward safer, more efficient, and intelligent operating models.
