To maintain the exceptional quality of thebuilding's exterior, regular professional cleaning of the apartment curtainwalls is required according to industry standards and high-end residentialmanagement norms, with extremely high demands on cleaning quality. Recently,Wisson Robotics’ aerial cleaning ecosystem partnerJunhui Company, together with the Wisson Faronheat® team, successfullycompleted the apartment curtain wall cleaning task using the **AP3-P3 aerialcleaning robot**.

The Wisson Faronheat® robotic aerialcleaning solution has previously served renowned high-end landmarks such as theShenzhen Shekou Hilton Hotel and the Accor Group’sPoseidon Novotel Hotel. It has accumulated mature technical capabilities andrich service experience in challenging, high-standard application scenarios,making it highly suited to the cleaning needs of Prince Bay · Whale Territory. The solution not only significantly improved thedaily operational efficiency of the property management but also infusedinnovation into high-end residential services through technologicalempowerment, shaping an industry-leading intelligent image.
After on-site inspection, the Faronheat®team found that the main contaminants on the apartment facade were surfacedust. Since Prince Bay · Whale Territory is surroundedby sea on three sides, the air is relatively more humid, causing dust particlesto coagulate and adhere more easily to the building's exterior surfaces. Insuch humid conditions, the adhesion between stains and the wall surface isfurther enhanced, making cleaning more difficult.
To address this, the Faronheat® team fullyleveraged the performance advantages of the AP3-P3 aerial cleaning robot,efficiently and with high quality completing the cleaning of **18,000 squaremeters of curtain walls within six days**. Empowered by **Pliabot® joints** and**tactile AI**, the AP3-P3 features intelligent active and passive adaptivebalancing capabilities. It can flexibly absorb accidental collisions,effectively resist airflow disturbances, and ensure high collision safety,thereby enabling **ultra-close proximity operations**. This fully unleashes thespraying pressure, effectively cleaning adhered contaminants. At the same time,the flexible joints allow multi-angle precise pneumatic control, ensuringthorough cleaning with no blind spots.
Compared to traditional manual cleaning,the AP3-P3 improved efficiency by **3–5 times** andreduced costs by approximately **40%**, effectively addressing challenges suchas long cleaning cycles and high cleaning difficulty. The cleaning resultsfully met expectations and smoothly passed customer inspection.
