CITIC Bank Tower × Wisson P3 Robot: The Flying "Cleaner" Makes its Debut inJiangmen

2025-12-29

Recently, Wisson faronheat®'s Greater BayArea partner Tongxiang Technology completed the glass curtain wall cleaning ofthe CITIC Bank Tower in Jiangmen City using the AP3-P3 Flexible TetheredCleaning System, successfully passing inspection by the property management. Onsite, two AP3-P3 units moved nimbly. One first sprayed clean water onto thebuilding's exterior, followed closely by another spraying cleaning foam. Justminutes later, the drones emitted high-pressure mist, effortlessly removingstubborn stains and leaving the facade looking brand new.

The drone pilot, Xiao Mo, is a post-00sgeneration who served for five years in a border defense unit, participating inmultiple major drone missions. After leaving the military, he specialized indrone application technology and obtained CAAC certification. He now works forTongxiang Technology, focusing on drone high-altitude cleaning services."Traditional 'spider-men' high-altitude work carries high risks. We hopeto reduce dangerous jobs through drone technology, adding more warmth andsafety to urban services," Xiao Mo stated.

A Tongxiang Technology representativeexplained that the CITIC Bank Tower is a landmark building in Jiangmen, standing over 110 meters tall with a curtain wall area of approximately 20,000square meters. Its inward-curving facade design presents significant challengesfor routine cleaning. Previously reliant on "spider-men," cleaningwas not only inefficient with many missed spots but also posed safety hazards. In contrast, drones can complete the cleaning of the entire building in just 40hours, demonstrating clear advantages in both safety and efficiency.

The on-site demonstration attractedproperty managers from several nearby buildings. They expressed admiration forthe new technology, proactively exchanged contact information with staff, andexpressed hope to try this efficient cleaning method. "This is the firstuse of drones for exterior wall cleaning in Jiangmen, and also an activeexploration of low-altitude economy application scenarios," said theproperty manager of CITIC Bank Tower. With the rapid development of thelow-altitude economy in Jiangmen, such "aerial renewal" services arepoised to write more stories of technology serving the public in the city.

As an ecosystem partner of TongxiangTechnology, Wisson Technology not only provided a full suite of intelligentcleaning equipment but also offered systematic practical training and guidancein areas such as pilot training, operational planning, safety protocols, andquality control. This effectively ensured standardized operations and executionefficiency. By leveraging their respective strengths, the two parties arebringing industry-leading aerial drone cleaning solutions to the Greater BayArea market, jointly building a flagship ecosystem for aerial cleaningservices. The successful implementation of this project serves as anothertestament to this collaborative model. Wisson faronheat® will continuepartnering with more industry collaborators to promote the normalization andstandardization of drone high-altitude cleaning services, continuouslydeepening service value through technological empowerment.
